Biography

Biography

Guangyu Robert Yang was an assistant professor in the Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences and the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in AI+D in the Schwarzman College of Computing, and an associate investigator at the McGovern Institute at MIT. Yang is a computational neuroscientist developing sophisticated neural network models with the goal of defining wholistic, integrative brain functions. Yang received his PhD in computational neuroscience from New York University and BS in physics from Peking University.
